The Experience
From the moment you step onto our property, you’ll be immersed in a world of relentless terror where every shadow hides a nightmare. Journey through our twisted outdoor trails, abandoned structures, eerie woods, and a haunted corn maze where danger waits around every corner.
Our highly immersive experience features terrifying live actors, horrifying creatures, stunning special effects, and countless surprises designed to keep your heart racing from beginning to end. Every scream, every turn, and every encounter brings you closer to your worst nightmare.
For your safety, closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended, as you’ll be navigating uneven outdoor terrain throughout the attraction.

Before or after your journey through the darkness, relax and enjoy our lively midway featuring delicious concessions, exciting games, cornhole, merchandise, photo opportunities, and a cozy bonfire with plenty of seating. DISCLAIMER & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Farm of Fears reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. Visitors will experience intense audio, lighting, extremely low visibility, strobe lights, fog, special effects, and physically demanding environments. Individuals should NOT enter this haunted attraction if they suffer from asthma, heart conditions, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, claustrophobia, any mental illness, are prone to seizure, or are pregnant.
DUE TO COVID-19, guests exhibiting the following symptoms MAY NOT ENTER: recent fever, flu-like symptoms, sore throat, or cough.
Do not enter the attractions if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the attractions if you are taking any type of mind altering medication or using drugs of any type. Admission will be denied if any of these conditions are notified to our staff.
The Farm of Fears is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guest are advised not to take their phones out of their pockets and to leave all valuables at home.
By entering the haunted houses at The Farm of Fears, you acknowledge that the attraction may be inherently dangerous and extremely dark. Enter at your own risk. You must be extremely vigilant. By entering, you voluntarily assume the risk of personal injury or death.
PRIVACY
We respect your right to privacy and understand your desire to safeguard your personal information. Only the information that you provide is collected; no other information is gathered. We may have links to other sites; please note that we do not control the privacy practices of other sites we may link to, and their policy may differ from ours.
WAYS WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
While making your purchase, all your information is encrypted to insure that private information stays private. Additionally, we use an encrypted connection to transmit your payment information to our credit card processors.
We do not use “permanent” cookies; only “session” cookies. Session cookies do not contain any personal information. They only exist while your web browser is open. They are used to maintain your connection to our web servers.
Your information is stored in a secured database on servers housed in a secured data center. Firewalls, virus protection, physical security and other security technologies are in place to protect our databases and your information.
We take extra precautions with credit card information. We require CVV (Card Verification Value) numbers to be entered with credit card numbers to prevent fraud. We do not store all of the credit card information you provide, e.g. we do not store your CVV number. We encrypt credit card numbers; we never store credit card numbers in plain text. Additionally, we never display a complete credit card number on any of our reports or pages; not even for our own employees.
We do not solicit information from children.
RULES OF THE HAUNTED HOUSE
Do not smoke, run, eat, drink, touch the actors, customers, or props. Closed-toed shoes must be worn at all times. Video or flash photography inside the haunted attraction is not permitted. Sources of light not provided by The Farm of Fears, including phone lights and non-permitted flashlights, are prohibited. Failure to follow the rules will result in removal from the premises.
VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY
The Farm of Fears may take and use images & video of all guests. The Farm of Fears reserves the right to videotape patrons, take still images, and utilize those images and videos for any reason, including marketing, advertising, promotion, social media, live streaming on the Internet, safety and security, documentation as evidence in a legal or criminal matter or other investigation, news reporting, and otherwise in an unrestricted manner for legitimate purposes. All property ownership of such materials, and copyright in and to all such materials, shall belong exclusively to The Farm of Fears in perpetuity, without any compensation or other consideration to any guest or other person in, on or around the Farm of Fears property, including the parking lot.
OPERATIONAL POLICIES
• Prices and operating schedule are subject to change without notice.
• All attractions are subject to temporary maintenance, safety or inclement weather shutdowns.
• In the event of an earthquake, fire, power outage, flood, terrorist attack, bomb threat, a violent stand up/heist, or any type of false alarm that causes The Farm of Fears to shut down, The Farm of Fears is not responsible for issuing a refund to ticket holders.
